Formed in the year 1986, RBV is today a 39 year old club rendering yeomen service in the field of Vocational Service, Club Service, Community Service, Youth Service and International Service. Rotarians have been serving society with meaningful community projects in their immediate surroundings, in the neighbouring districts as well as internationally. RBV has the sparkling mix of professionals with a judicious mix of seasoned Rotarians along with budding ones renowned for some of the trail blazing projects impacting and uplifting the community at large. Fellowship and Bonhomie being the standout feature of the club.
On 13th January, 2026, PP Rtn. Shivakumar D donated Rs. 1,00,000/- to RBV, which in turn it was donated to Sri Ramakrishna Mutt, Polali, Mangalore, during visit on 24th January, 2026.
On 11th January, 2026, Rotary Bangalore Vijayanagar organised a Cricket Match at GT Mall, Vijayanagar between a team of Rotarians and Rotaractors. Around 30 Rotarians along with their Anns played cricket against 12 Rotaracters.
On 24th January, 2026, Rotary Bangalore Vijayanagar had a Rotary Inter District Meeting with Rotary Mangalore North at Rotary Balbhavan, Mangalore. This event is aimed to foster collaboration, strengthen fellowship, share insights on Rotary initiatives and best practices.
